my fave vid yet of yours Jeri – your description of the process was very
clear & informative. Thank you!

I thought the manganese powder was only in “heavy-duty” batteries, not
alkalines. I may be remembering wrong, though, I haven’t taken apart a
battery in years after the last one got some sort of highly corrosive goo
all over a good pair of needlenose pliers. Very cool video! I wish I’d
subscribed 164 videos ago.

@AllenKll Do you know it’s electroluminescent? In florescent lamp it’s
excited using UV.

@jeriellsworth Actually it’s been around for weeks. In some of your other
videos (the Gamecube bios on the camcorder CRT springs to mind) it has only
been noticeable when you zoomed in on something. In this video it is very
much noticeable. Perhaps it is time you bought (or perhaps created?!) a
brand new camera? 🙂 . &eB

When you peel cellophane tape, you get rather a lot of X rays, enough to
take a radiograph.

@FezzerPete It’s not phosphorous, but phosphors. One burns and the other
emits light.

@jeriellsworth A quick bit, as I know of your fascination with Light.
This’ll sound weird, but I believe there are more than one kind of light, A
light, B light, etc. Just to supplant an idea in your juicy noggin, find
Light that produces no shadow. 🙂
