Realistic Flames – Blue Fire – with spray paint
This is a demonstration of how to paint realistic blue fire flames. For this project I used Montana Spray paint for the detail colors and blue paint for the color. Montana paint was pretty important during this project because it flows much smoother and it enabled me to get some detail in the flames themselves.
Don’t get frustrated… painting flames with spray paint is definitely challenging. If you can get a decent grasp on painting flames with spray paint, then you will be a rock star at painting flames with and airbrush. Spray paint flames look pretty cool and are not that difficult but they do require you to take your time and a little bit of practice.
Feel free to post your comments and questions you may have about painting flames, fire, or anything else.
