Не претендую на правильность, но мне всегда казалось, что шаблон должен
быть более разнообразным, а первый слой – красный, положенный
облаками/дымкой. (кстати, почему бы не объединить их оба на одном листе?)

Possibly the coolest painting technique you’ve ever done. Was a little
difficult to figure out how you were using the stencils to form flames but
I think it becomes more and more clear as you continue to watch.

From other stencil tutorials: Give a blast of air without paint before
moving the stencil. This will dry the paint on the surface and the stencil
to prevent smudges.

Could you maybe do a normal brush tutorial for those not blessed with an
airbrush?

While it’s neat to see the airbrush magic, any chance of seeing something
done with a normal brush? Would love help on flames!

a spray gun? Sorry, it is not even an airbrush. It is a cheap toy. Well,
not exactly cheap, but still the toy.

google: “Luddite”. Your ask is like “please dig a hole with a shovel rather
than an excavator”. I do not understand why you don’t want to use an
airbrush. It saves a lot of time and effort during painting. I show how
easy and fast can be painting. Do you really think that showing how hard,
difficult and time consuming painting is, will make my tutorials more
interesting?

I’ve seen this technique before from the hot rod / biker guys. I don’t have
an airbrush and have always just painted my flames free hand. Your
technique, does it have to be done over black? Do the stencils work as well
on curved or uneven surfaces. The hot rod / biker guys paint the hood, but
also the fenders and gas tanks so usually flat or gently curving surfaces.
Another technique those guys use is to use thin masking tape to lay out the
flames.

Your videos are excellent and great guides as im new to airbrushing. Can I
use thin plasticard for the stencils or do you recommend an alternative.
Many thank for the great work.
