@knifeguyeddy magnets are commonly used by gamers for ease of
transport/ability to customise their models. This was more of a display
piece so I didn’t feel that magnets were necessary.

Great tutorial, but I have a question, what varnish you used with that
brush and did you have to thin it? I don’t own an airbrush yet and I want
to make S-100 Schnellboot from Bronco models and I’m not sure how to
varnish it.

Thanks 🙂 In this example I used the Games Workshop Citadel ‘Ardcoat gloss
varnish however the vallejo equivalent would work just as well. I don’t
thin the varnish however I always use a large soft brush to help me avoid
brush strokes. Good luck 🙂

All the layers of paint on the hull make it look too thick and chunky. 3
think coats BRUSHED on paint will always look better than multiple layers
of air brushing.
